PeaceCore Studios came to be only after owner/instructor Lisa Conrow had gone through her own journey studying different ways to improve herself physically, mentally and spiritually.
Yoga Journey
Lisa earned her Yoga Teaching Certificate at the Sivananda Yoga Center in Quebec, Canada. This opportunity to get certified in an authentic yoga ashram was invaluable as she gained a solid foundation in classical yoga traditions, including Meditation.
Pilates Development
Lisa received her Stott Pilates Certification in NYC in Reformer, Mat, Chair, Cadillac and Barrels. Stott training is often called “the Ivy League” of Pilates education. She spent two years studying the 5 basic principles and how to apply modifications for specific body types, postural issues and conditions.
Barre Expertise
Lisa’s Barre training originally came from her years studying ballet as a Dance major at Kent State where she graduated.
Holistic Health Knowledge
To augment my wellness training, Lisa earned a Holistic Nutrition degree at Columbia University Teachers College/ Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC to become a Holistic Health coach.

Variety of Class Offerings - Instead of focusing on just one modality such as Barre, we offer Yoga, Pilates, and Barre as well as Meditation so that you can better attain your personal wellness goals.
Specialized Equipment - Our Reformers, Wall Springs and Cardio Trampolines allow students to target specific goals such as improved balance and/or back strengthening.
Physical Space - The lighting, sounds, and natural beauty of our studios are inviting, authentic and inspiring.
