“Cardio HIIT” Reformer 2.0

Cardio HIIT is one of our more challenging classes.  The goal is to improve cardiovascular health and gain endurance by using our cardio trampolines, reformer, weights and props.  Cardio coupled with intense strength training makes this class the ultimate workout!

 

“Get Lean on Trampoline” Reformer 2.0

Looking to enhance your Cardiovascular workout?  Getting bored of the tread mill, elliptical machine or cycling?  Try getting Lean on our Trampoline!  The Cardio Trampoline will provide a low impact cardiovascular workout that is easy on your joints, provide you with a ton of stability and give you a challenging and super fun workout. 

This class will make it possible to jump again!  How you ask?  All exercises are performed laying down on the Pilates Reformer thus taking the impact off your joints, back and knees allowing you to focus on your heartrate and form.

“Happy Hopper” Reformer w/Trampoline 1.5

Want to start to gently improve your cardiovascular health and get a great stretch in the process? Happy Hoppers is the perfect class for you!

We teach the fundamentals of the Cardio-Tramp rebounder combined with a balanced gentle stretch.

Our goal is to keep you safe, help increase mobility and to improve your cardiovascular health. Ideal for the participant who is looking to get more cardio into their weekly routine but would prefer a gentler approach.

 

“Circuit Training” Reformer / Chair 1.5

Circuit Training is a unique class that blends reformer, chair, jump boards with numerous props. A perfect class for those transitioning from our Level l.0 classes and those looking to expand their knowledge of the Pilates repertoire.

We will explore more challenging exercises with more complex choreography. A solid foundation of our Level l Essential Level classes and knowledge of the 5 Basic Pilates Principals are essential for this faster paced, dynamic class.
