Lisa Longo

E-RYT 500, YACEP

“You are only one yoga class away from a good mood!”

Along with my passion for yoga, I’m a Mama to my Maltese, Betty.

My hobbies include weight training, reading, and discovering new music that will inspire yoga students. I also enjoy running half marathons and the Akron Race Series every year. It doesn’t matter if you have known me for years or are just meeting me for the first time, I will remember your name and you will feel like family. Having a positive attitude and being a strong leader are character traits I strive for. I encourage students to receive what you need from my class as they are packed with empowerment poses, inversions and arm balances with a balance of yin poses.

My offerings also include, inspiring themes, and self-inquiry thought provoking questions  leading you down a magical path of spiritual enlightenment. As an advanced yoga instructor, my vision is clear; to make every student feel welcome and connected to our sweat equity community!

Sabrina Didado Czerwinski

RYT-500, 100-Hr Meditation Instructor, NASM CPT

Sabrina started her yoga journey at Hoban High School in 2012 with her volleyball team. She soon fell in love with the freedom and relief it provided for her. She also loved the agility, flexibility, and physical benefits of the practice. She continued her journey through-ought college, self-studying Yoga Philosophy outside of her Chemistry Classes and indulged in her own spiritual practice. She fell in love with the meditation and spiritual side of Yoga.

A couple years after college, Sabrina earned her 200-Hour Yoga Certification in May, 2021 and right away became a teacher at PeaceCore Studios. Sabrina also took a Yin Yoga Certification Course in 2021, which, remains to this day, her favorite type of yoga to teach.

Sabrina went on and received her 500-Hour Yoga Certification from Yoga Medicine in 2025 where she focused on Anatomy, Yin, Restorative, Meditation, and Yoga for Athletes. Sabrina is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a bodybuilder. She loves combining the physical (anatomy and scientific) side of yoga with the non-physical (metaphysical, spiritual, and philosophical) and brings this into her classes.

As a yoga teacher, her mission is to create a space where students feel physically, mentally, and emotionally safe—free to show up exactly as they are. In her classes, there is no need to perform, no need to change—only an invitation to notice, to be present, and to embrace themselves fully. Through mindful movement, breath, and awareness, she holds space for each person to explore their practice in a way that feels authentic and supportive, free from judgment or expectation.

Outside of yoga, you can find Sabrina at the gym training, reading a book, hunting in the woods with her husband, or cooking an authentic Italian meal.

Autumn Andrella

Autumn, a busy wife and dance mom to three daughters, started her yoga journey in 2017. She sought out Yoga out to find relief from running pain and physiological stress. Quickly discovering all the other benefits to yoga, she was inspired to commit to a daily practice that led to teacher training. She has been completely amazed at her mind and body over the past few years and fosters that attitude in her Hot Power Yoga classes. She encourages and motivates her students to be present and trust they are capable of amazing things. She also enjoys teaching Barre and a little Zumba when she has time. Autumn’s hot yoga classes take place in the Peace Studio its therapeutic Far Infrared Radiant heaters.

Jackie Summers

Jackie began her own yoga journey in 2013, when friends challenged her to a hot power class. She soon discovered that yoga provides not only a vigorous workout, but an opportunity to truly disconnect from the stressors of everyday life and focus solely on breath, movement and just being. Recognizing the physical and mental benefits, Jackie became 200-RYT certified and began sharing her Yoga practice with her high school students and colleagues through after-school programs. She excited to share her creative, compassionate teaching style with Peace Core members in the Peace Studio.

Jackie also has a love for Pilates where she teaches Mat Pilates at the studio and is soon to be STOTT PILATES Certified where she will be able to soon teach equipment classes!

2 Fun Facts about Jackie!

Karla Hall

My 200 Hour Training was a one-year profound experience based on Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga led by Amanda Fulmer, YogaStrong, Canton, Ohio. The focus was form and fundamentals, action, alignment and assisting, and deep self study and immersion of the ethical practices of the Yamas and the Niyamas. Adding to my Yoga based training, I have included an Aerial Yoga Certification with Kerry Tice from CircuSoul Flying Yoga, Sarasota, Florida, Fundamentals of Ashtanga with Jordan Smith, Akron, Ohio; Beginning Ayurveda with Betsy Black, Barberton, Ohio; and many other workshops delving into one of the 8 Limbs of Yoga, most recently, a 6 hour training in Cultivating Awareness/Trauma Informed Yoga + Mindfulness for Healing.

My current teaching style is a vinyasa flow, focused with a soulful intention anywhere from beginners to power.  I love a hands-on class, offering assists, adjustments and massages with Sombra lotion.  My inspirations happen all the time.  Every time I find myself in a soulful yoga class and have a teacher who has done something that brings tears to my eyes or fills my heart with so much love and excitement I want to burst, I take a second and thank God.  I am also inspired by my lifelong love and my beautiful children. They have encouraged me and shown so much patience, love, and pride throughout my never-ending, daily yoga journey.

My favorite pose is Ardha Chandrasana, Half Moon.  This pose reduces anxiety and stress and improves digestion, balance, and coordination.  It strengthens your ankles, knees, legs, abs, glutes, and spine while opening your chest and shoulders.  Most importantly, it helps teach me the journey is more important for self-awareness and self-acceptance then “nailing” a yoga pose for my ego.

My passions are reading, beach time, and learning.  I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Family Studies with an emphasis in Child Development and a Master's Degree in the Art of Teaching.  I have spent time with teenagers incarcerated in inner-city Cleveland. I have also spent time teaching Akron children, teachers, and administrators strategies for different types of child abuse. I have taught elementary school in Melbourne, Australia, and I am currently in my 26th year teaching children in Mogadore how to read.  I am taking my yoga training outside the studios and into the classrooms by teaching my elementary students how to meditate and breathe.   I enjoy continuing my yoga education by attending workshops and retreats.  I have memberships at several area studios and enjoy practicing at home, outside, and in brand-new locations.  Best place yet....stand up paddle board in Negril, Jamaica.  I am a forever student, on a constant journey searching for my true self, desperately trying to recognize the false self and move beyond. Namaste

Virginia Comignaghi

Virginia began practicing Iyengar Yoga in 2005 as a natural healing remedy for her body. To her surprise, Yoga not only resolved the pain in her feet, but it also helped her deal with past emotional turmoil. Immediately, she had to share yoga with others. Her passion for yoga and a healthy lifestyle, led her to work as a holistic health coach for 12 years. During that time she supervised a high volume wellness department within a chiropractic office. She would teach and gush about the yogic way to anyone who would practice with or listen to her.

Virginia graduated from Yoga Strong's School of Yoga in Spring 2016 and is Yoga Alliance certified as an E-RYT 200. After YTT, she decided to commit her life to teaching yoga full-time and she has never looked back. Virginia obtained continuing education hours in the Art of Assisting and Adjusting postures, Anatomy & Physiology, and Pranayama.

Virginia’s yoga roots lie in Iyengar Yoga. Her passion for the foundations of this practice has encouraged her to teach workshops on this ancient way of healing. Since YTT, she has had a keen interest in Journey into Power by Baron Baptiste, influencing her to develop her own version of his sequence. She calls it “The Sequence”; a 90-minute flow of all 53 postures which she teaches regularly. A few times a year she offers a 7-Day Cleanse coupled with a 2-Hour Detox flow. This purification program includes a healthy eating plan and at home cleansing methods that anyone can perform on their own. Her Detox Flow offers internal organ massages within the postures and a heavy emphasis on the use of your breath as a tool to cleanse the mind and body of useless clutter. Virginia's method of detoxing was even featured in the January 2018 issue of Cleveland Magazine!

She is forever grateful to all of the yoga teachers who have inspired her along the way. Her weekly yoga practice consists of Bikram, Iyengar, and Power Vinyasa which she believes is the regimen for longevity in life. It is Virginia's desire to lead her students on a path of falling in love with yoga and growing towards the knowledge of their true self.

Mariya “Masha” Foenko

I’ve started my yoga journey with a 2016 New Year’s gift card from my husband.  In a short period of time, I’ve realized my passion for not only practicing, but also sharing yoga with others. In 2018 I’ve completed my 200-hour training with Baptist affiliate, Hot yoga Revolution studio in New Jersey.

I love to teach the Journey into Power sequence, by itself it is very powerful and challenging. I also love to play around with shapes and spicing up the sequence in smart and intuitive ways leading up to a fun peak pose!

I am a mother of two daughters and a French bulldog boy. I love to travel and stay active in my Yoga practice as well as Pilates. If I had to choose one type of cuisine for the rest of my life I would go with Japanese food; I love sushi!   I am also a huge fan of detectives - most of the time I know who the bad guy is in the first 10 minutes.

For anyone wondering my accent is Russian with a hint of New York.

Sherri Kerber

Hi! My name is Sherri Kerber. I started practicing hot power yoga in 2014 as “recovery” to my Crossfit routine. I was hooked immediately, loving the cleansing nature of the heat, the strength I felt and the nurturing messages from my yoga teachers. When a breast cancer diagnosis and subsequent surgeries and chemo sidelined my CrossFit workouts, I turned heavily to my yoga practice. It was on my mat that I gained clarity, mindfulness and self-love in a time of great fear and uncertainty. I knew right then that I needed to share this practice with others. I received my 200 hour YTT certificate from Roots Yoga in Wadsworth in March 2021 and I have been teaching ever since!

My style of teaching is challenging , but supportive, with plenty of modifications and space to explore postures and find alignment. I love vinyasa style yoga and creating the flow that happens between one breath and one meditative movement. In addition, expect to find a little “nugget” of self-exploration and self-love in each yoga practice!

I am a new “empty nester” of 2 girls. My oldest daughter is at the University of Dayton on a women’s soccer scholarship and my youngest is a student at The Ohio State University. When I’m not teaching, you can find me hiking in the woods, strength training, reading literary fiction, obsessing over NCAA women’s soccer or spending time with my husband (most likely talking about our daughters…because empty nesting is still really weird)!

I can’t wait to see you on your mat!

Grace Foote

My yoga journey began in 2019 when a friend took me to my first Hot Power class. Having been an athlete, I felt a little lost in adulthood without organized sports. I was looking for something to replace what sports were for me - a place to dive deep physically, spiritually and emotionally. I knew instantly after that first yoga class that yoga was going to be that for me. What I didn't expect was all of the friendships that would develop along the way and the incredibly community that I would become a part of.

As a teacher I hope to inspire the continuity of that community and share it with others as a way of paying forward what was shared with me. I got my RYT-200 in 2023 with the intention of developing my personal practice. However, once teacher training began, I quickly knew that my passion for yoga would overcome any trepidation about teaching and lead me here. I became Barre Certified in 2025 and I also enjoy teaching a challenging Barre Class!

Other than yoga and Barre I like to spend my time being active, going outdoors and traveling. I enjoy going to different gyms/studios and am always seeking out new classes as a way of challenging myself in my free time. I am a lover of animals and have 2 fur babies of my own - my cat Smooch and my 160lb Rottweiler Ruger. I'm a rare house plant enthusiast with a collection of over 100 tropical plants and will jump at any opportunity to talk to you about them. As far as what to expect from me in class - high energy, a bumpin playlist, laughter and intentional, inspiring messaging. Hope to see you in class!
