“Warm Sound Bath” Restorative Yoga 1.0 (75° IR)

This class begins with silent repetition of a mantra to help induce a state of peace. You will then be surrounded by soothing sounds of singing bowls and soft candlelight. Following these calming practices, a guided meditation begins. In this journey, you’ll be supported by various props such as blankets, bolsters and blocks to help you attain a deeper state of relaxation. As you set your gaze on warm candlelight, you’ll enter a deep, peaceful state of mind, allowing you to go “beyond the poses” and feel completely transformed.

 

“Healing Chakras” Restorative Yoga 1.0 (75° IR)

Chakras refer to special energy points in your body. When one of your Chakras becomes more aligned and open, it can profoundly improve your emotional and physical well being. Each week this class will introduce you to the healing powers of one of the seven Chakras, enabling you to discover the unique sound frequencies, healing light and gentle asanas that represent that specific part of your being, all under the soothing mild warmth of our state-of-art Infrared Radiant (IR) heating system.

"Blissful Breath" Meditation w/Essential Oils 1.0

In this class, soft music, light touch and essential oils are experienced simultaneously to help comfort your body and induce serenity. With guided Breath Work, discover new ways to reduce stress and alleviate tension. Props help students gently support each posture with ease and safety. “Blissful Breath” is not only kind on the body, but also helps heal and balance the mind and spirit.

 

“Gentle Stretch” Pilates Chair 1.0

Come discover this rejuvenating stretch class that enhances personal body awareness without strain on the joints.

This seated stretch class is geared to those with concerns about traditional yoga stretch classes, be it due to pain, aging, or injury.  By being safely seated on the Pilates chair, you'll experience a wonderful alternative to traditional yoga classes that typically require a lot of standing, lying down and challenging movements. 

So come have a seat, gently stretch and be happy!

“Deep Stretch” Yin Yoga, 1.0

Looking to find your blissed out Zen place?

Yin Yoga‘s meditative approach is designed to target deep connective tissue and fascia by restoring elasticity and flexibility. Poses are supported by props and held for longer periods of time so your body can release into a posture without having to intensively engage.

"Yin out" in this calming class that transports you to your zone of inner peace.

“Relief & Relax” Reformer 1.0

This peaceful Reformer class focuses on rehabilitating and restoring the body. A perfect fit for someone who is working through a current or past physical challenge and would like to gain more flexibility. Proper alignment, balance, and relaxation will be our focus for this rejuvenating stretch class.

"Spring roll" Spring Walls 1.0

Our one of a kind SPRING roll incorporates Pilates Spring Walls and Foam Rollers for a gentle self massage and deep stretch.

One of the greatest benefits of stretching on our Pilates Wall Springs is that you can change the tension to suit your individual needs which will ensure a safe and effective stretch.

Why add Foam Rollers? Foam rolling is a self-myofascial release (SMR) technique. It can help relieve muscle tightness, soreness, and inflammation, and increase your joint range of motion. 

Combining the two modalities will give your body a super stretch and help provide relief to sore aching muscles and joints.

Special treat... each student will be given a special "fortune cookie" unique to them to help guide in setting clear, positive intentions for their day!
