"Sweet Cheeks Circuit" Reformer / Chair 1.5

Booty, Legs and Core... oh my!  This lower body Circuit Class will help shape your legs, hips & butt by building lean muscle mass in those areas.  Having a fit, strong lower body helps improve athletic activities like running, cycling, walking as well improve balance and stability.  Get to class... sweet cheeks!

Class will be a blend of equipment ie. reformer, chair, cardio trampoline and props.

 

“Reform-ARM-er” Reformer 1.5

Stronger arms & shoulders can improve your posture, give your other workouts a boost, improve your metabolism and make everyday tasks easier.

This reformer class will focus on the upper body with an emphasis on building upper body strength, proper form and challenging choreography.

“Skilled” Reformer 1.5

This class is the perfect next step after completing our Level l “Beginners Only” Reformer series. We will begin to add more creative choreography while working at a faster pace. This class will challenge your balance, strength and stamina. Our Level l.5 is the perfect next step to keep your Pilates practice fresh and new!

"Wall Warrior" Spring Walls 1.5

Wall Warriors is a challenging blend of yoga and Pilates enhanced by using our revolutionary Spring Wall system.

If you have never worked with spring resistance before, you're in for a real treat!  It challenges your body in a completely different way from typical weight training . There is a bounce and an unpredictability that forces your body to respond by tuning into its core strength and postural stability.  It's challenging and super fun!

 

“Beginners Only” Reformer 1.0

This Level 1 Reformer class is for beginners only.

We will introduce the Basic Principles of Pilates which will create a strong foundation to help with form and proper technique. If you are new to the studio, Pilates or just looking to master the foundamentals this is a great place to begin your Pilates training.

After a series of classes we recommend discussing with your teachers next steps in order to continue to grow and strengthen your Pilates practice.
