Lisa Dodd Conrow
After receiving a degree from KSU in Theatre and Modern Dance, Lisa moved to New York City where she spent 17 years on her wellness journey. She received her Yoga Certifcation from the Sivananda Center and spent years teaching at prestigious NYC establishments such as Equinox, Goldman Sachs and The Harvard Club.
Lisa went on to became a fully Accredited Stott Pilates Instructor / Post Rehab Specialist. Proudly certified in teaching Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels, Lisa has been a featured fitness instructor on the Oxygen Network and in Strong Magazine.
After receiving her Health Counseling Certification from Columbia University Teachers College/Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC, Lisa moved back to Ohio where she spent years at the Cleveland Clinic Wellness Center in Green developing their Pilates Program.
You can experience Lisa’s fun-loving, caring style in classes ranging from the Peace Studio’s Morning Mantra Yoga to the Core Studio’s Classical Reformer.
Greg Schumacher
Greg is a 30-year yoga practitioner who has been teaching for more than 25 years. He has over 1,000 hours of formal yoga teacher training from traditional Hatha Yoga to Vinyasa and is an E-RYT 500 instructor. He specializes in Restorative Yoga and Meditation (nidra, mantra, & mindfulness).
Greg has studied locally with Michael Curtis, Tracy Rhinehart and Marcia Miller and nationally with Judith Lasater (Restorative Yoga) and Stephanie Lopez from the iRest Institute (Yoga Nidra). He is a lifelong student of yoga whose philosophy of yoga is grounded in developing a deeper self-awareness.We are also so excited to announce that Greg completed his Certification in Pilates Reformer with Club Pilates!
You can find Greg teaching wonderfully relaxing classes sometimes by candlelight in our calming, tranquil Peace Studio & of course his amazing strength classes on the Pilates Reformer in our Core Studio!
Kathy Kriebel
Kathy is a lifetime fitness enthusiast, former collegiate gymnast, and certified personal trainer. As a Dancercise instructor, she worked with Carol Hensel, helping her promote and release records, one of which went gold.
For the past 30 years she has been employed by Wadsworth Family Physical Therapy, working directly with physical therapist Dr. Vince Whalen. She received her Pilates training from Club Pilates, and is certified in Mat, Reformer, TRX, Exo-Chair, Springboard, Ladder Barrel, Cadillac, Spine Corrector and Trigger Points.
One of her favorite quotes comes from Joseph Pilates who once said "change happens through movement and movement heals.” You can find Kathy teaching a wide range of challenging and fun Pilates classes in our Core Studio.
Anna Roberts
Anna Roberts discovered Pilates while earning her B.F.A. in dance at the University of Akron. In 2002 she received her comprehensive certification from Julian Littleford of J.L. Body Conditioning in Del Mar, California. Additionally, she holds certifications in Zumba and ACE group exercise. Anna taught Pilates throughout her professional dance career and now divides her time between teaching ballet and Pilates.
Anna has been teaching and has experience in Pilates since 2000! She has helped her clients rehab from injury as well as obtain their personal fitness goals. When Anna isnʼt teaching, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Scott, and their two dogs, Daisy and Otis.

Caiti Basler
Caiti Basler, AFAA-CGFI, DMA, STOTT PILATES, began her movement journey at age 6 when her parents introduced her to dance! She has continued her dance training into her adult years and became a dance teacher, earning accreditation through Dance Masters of America. Her love of movement brought her to the world of fitness instruction. For over 13 years, Caiti has been committed to bringing fitness classes to bodies of all ages and levels. Holding her AFAA-CGFI certification in Group Fitness, she’s taught a full range of classes from Zumba to barre, aqua to weight lifting and more. She is proudly a Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned instructor and has received specialized training, recognizing that all people deserve the chance to pursue joyful movement, regardless of their physical ability or size. When you take a class with Caiti, you can be assured that you will not hear references to diet culture like “let’s burn off what we ate this weekend”.
Serving as Lead Master Trainer and Director of Education for Zumbini, the early childhood music and movement curriculum developed by Zumba Fitness, she’s traveled the world teaching others how to teach the program. She has appeared in their filmed instructor curriculum, on TV, has taught at Zumba’s Instructor Convention, ZINCON, and was a featured presenter for Parent’s Magazine.
Additionally, Caiti serves as a public speaker and continuing education provider, traveling the country to present material ranging from the body neutrality movement, to the importance of music and movement in early childhood. She also serves as a national adjudicator of dance.
Caiti has received her Pilates certification through STOTT PILATES, often referred to as the “ivy league” of Pilates certifications. She loves working with clients of all ages, from those looking to increase their balance and optimize their gait, to those looking for a physically challenging athletic Pilates class.
In her free time, she hangs out with her husband of nearly 20 years and favorite person, Brandon, and their dog, Gem.
Melissa Condron
Melissa has always had a passion for movement and physical health, obtaining her BS in Physical Therapy from Marquette University. Her background in classical ballet lead her to pilates and she became a fully certified instructor in STOTT PILATES in 2001, an Instructor Trainer in 2003 for all fitness and rehab courses and Lead Instructor Trainer in 2011. She has taught for STOTT PILATES nationally with a specialty in teaching workshops on pilates for rehabilitation. With over 30 years as a physical therapist, she also has her Human Movement Specialist Certification and has a passion for incorporating new research into her training sessions with clients.
Miranda Starcher
Miranda is a lifetime fitness + wellness enthusiast who started practicing Pilates in 2018. She fell in love with Pilates because of the wide variety of exercises that could be done that were challenging, but could also easily be modified to meet individualized needs.
One of Miranda’s favorite quotes from Joseph Pilates is “The mind, when housed within a healthful body, possesses a glorious sense of power.”
Miranda is trained in Pilates Reformer, Mat and Chair.
Karen Domino
Karen discovered Pilates while searching for a new way to stay in shape and immediately fell in love with its transformative effects on her physical and mental health. As a STOTT Certified Pilates Instructor, she is hoping to inspire others to share the same passion and love she has for the practice with new, creative, impactful movements!
Alyssa Gillenwater
Alyssa began her Pilates journey 7 years ago, after looking for an alternative form of exercise to help alleviate chronic back pain. She fell in love with the strength she gained from targeting her deeper abdominal muscles helping to protect and stabilize her back. Alyssa is a STOTT Certified Pilates Instructor with a speciality in Reformer, Spring Wall and Mat.
Michelle Pipenur
Michelle is an E-RYT 200 hour Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alliance. She has been teaching yoga since 2016 and has over 2,000 hours of teaching experience. She has recently become a YACEP continuing education provider. Michelle enjoys teaching many different styles of yoga to a wide variety of populations. One of her favorite specialties includes teaching and training others to teach Aerial Yoga. She is also a Children's Yoga Instructor, and leads a Kids' Yoga training module as part of a 200 hour YTT program. Michelle has a childhood background in dance, cheerleading, and gymnastics. She is certified to teach Barre through Barre Intensity. She is also very excited about her upcoming Stott Pilates Instructor Training! Her hope is to expand her knowledge and expertise to an even wider client base. Michelle believes that everyone deserves to have a mind-body practice, whether you are three or one hundred and three! She would love for you to join her on her mindful movement journey.
Celeste Brown
Celeste started her fitness journey in high school through college with sports medicine being her passion. Her new found love was teaching group fitness classes where she fell in love with pilates. Pilates has so many benefits along with the mind body connection that keeps her intrigued! Outside the studio she’s taking care of her two small children. Celeste is Barre, TRX, and Pilates reformer and mat certified.
Louise Cook
I’ve been in the fitness industry 20 years starting out as an Exercise to Music Instructor in the UK teaching aerobic classes along with Boxercise! Since then I’ve trained in and teach in; Indoor Cycling, weight classes, Barre, Reformer and Mat Pilates!
I thoroughly enjoy all aspects of the fitness world and I love to be able to help people gain their strength and confidence by encouraging them to step out of their comfort zone!
Daniel Klodt
Welcome Daniel to our PeaceCore Team! With over 16 years of experience in the Pilates world he is excited to help you take your practice to a whole new level. An avid outdoor enthusiast, when Daniel is not studying or taking Pilates classes, he is long distance cycling or working out in his garden. His specialty… Buttercrunch Lettuce!
His favorite Pilates exercise “Mermaid” on the Stability CHAIR. He wanted to thank his long-time mentor and our very own PeaceCore Lead Instructor Kathy Krieble for all her years of guidance, expert knowledge, and support. As a lover of sunsets, you can catch Daniels fun and upbeat classes early mornings at PeaceCore Studios!
Bree Yaceczko
Bree's pilates journey began a few years ago and she instantly fell in love with how it altered her mental/physical health. She learned the importance of connecting mind, body and breath! Now she wants to share her passion on living a healthy lifestyle while helping others feel amazing!!
Lauren Elliot
Hi I’m Lauren! I’m a mat Pilates instructor who shares a love for both wellness & fitness. I found Pilates after becoming a mom, and discovered the incredible benefits of it, not only physically but mentally.
I love to create classes that are challenging, yet fun and enjoyable, leaving my clients feeling strong, confident and sweaty! You can expect an upbeat playlist and a full body workout with props included.
I am certified in level 1 & 2 mat Pilates.
